If you are an experienced surfer looking to score the epic, uncrowded waves of Witch’s Rock and Ollie’s Point, stop by our shop and we can accommodate you any day you wish to surf. Since we are based in Playas del Coco, the launching point for all Witch’s Rock surf charters, we can spare you the hour and fifteen minute drive from Tamarindo in the morning before boarding the boat. We all know how important that extra hour of sleep can be before a long day of surfing. Every other charter from Tamarindo will subject you to this early morning drive. You and your buddies can charter our boat for a day long surf trip.

Our surfing prices are full service prices, including: boat, captain, snacks, fruits, beverages and fun!
We take care of your surfing equipment including transportation to and from the boat.

You'll reach Witch’s Rock or Ollie’s Point with one of our boats which are equipped with sunroof, marine radio, cell phone, gps, oxygen- and first aid kit. All our boats are conform to local safety requirements, to make your surfing as safe and comfortable as possible.

Boat Charter Witch’s Rock and Ollie’s Point

Witch’s Rock and Ollie’s Point
Full boat charter max 5 people $ 360.00
plus park ticket per Person ticket $ 15.00

National park ticket fee:

Why the $15 national park ticket fees? Witch's Rock and Ollie's Point are located in the protected area of the Santa Rosa National Park. The national park ministry of Costa Rica known as the MINAE has issued special permits to a limited number of boat operators to bring surfers to these breaks. Every boat operator must purchase a $15 ticket for every non-resident passenger on their boat. In order to do so, they must first provide a passenger list with the passport information for each person. The MINAE patrols the park waters, checking each boat for tickets. Operators without a ticket for every passenger can be ordered to leave the park immediately. Only a limited number of tickets are sold each day to operators with permits, on a “first come, first served” basis. This requirement, plus their difficulty to access by land, make Witch's and Ollie's some of the least crowded of the most popular surf breaks in Costa Rica. Help protect this beautiful national park and keep Witch's and Ollie's from becoming overcrowded by only hiring a legal boat!
